Yes, we provide free (for orders above £15) collection and delivery service across central London.

Yes, we do offer same day service based on availability. Please call us prior to making any bookings to check the availability.
Yes, we do offer next day service.
Yes, you can get your clothes dropped even if you are not at home. Let us know where and who to drop it with. But remember payment must be made prior to the delivery.
Yes, you can leave your clothes at a safe place, and let us know and we will collect it from there e.g. secure cupboard, locker, concierge, receptionist, porter, and etc.
It's your choice, you can pay upfront during collection, before delivery or when your clothes are brought back.
We accept multiple payment methods, you can call us an pay over the phone, or pay to the driver via cash or card (they will all carry a card machine with them), or you can pay online via PayPal.
